- Job Seeker Data: Resumes (PDF), contact details, work history, saved jobs, and job application status history.
- Employer Data: Company names, logos, job post descriptions, candidate evaluation notes, and recruitment workflow data.
- Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses (rate limiting), login attempt counts, error logs, and session tokens.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect job seekers with potential employers.
- To process and deliver job applications submitted by job seekers.
- To authenticate users, enforce rate limiting, and protect against security breaches or account lockouts.
- To communicate transactional emails such as password resets and account verification tokens.
3. Information Sharing
When you apply for a job, your application profile and uploaded resume are shared directly with the employer who created that job posting. We do not sell or rent personal data to third-party marketers.
4. Data Deletion & Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can trigger automated deletion of your profile, job applications, company reviews, and authentication records via your account profile settings or by calling our account deletion endpoint.
